Essential Compliance Publications

It is a pleasure to announce a special offer for our friends and associates, which is a reduced price ($50 per publication) for three important resources available from Atlantic Information Services (AIS).

For as long as I can remember I have recommended that compliance professionals read every issue of Report on Medicare Compliance. This is as close as you will come to all the information you need to stay current in one place and that is something I really need. RMC is succinctly written and edited by Nina Youngstrom who is simply the best in the business. I was glad when Report on Patient Privacy appeared as it meets the standard set by RMC while addressing a rapidly evolving area. Of particular value are the summaries of enforcement actions which gives you a good idea of where the government's attention is focused. Finally, there is the Guide to Complying with Stark Physician Self-Referral Rules. While I am less familiar with this publication, there is no question of its value today. In fact, I urge those interested in the Guide to also take a look at our own Focused Arrangement (FAD) database tool for preventing Stark and Anti-Kickback infractions.

Please take advantage of these terrific publications while we are in a position to offer this discount.
