This program will cover everything you wanted to know about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) as a compliance professional and will be presented by an expert on this topic, John Kelly, Senior Counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski.

John Kelly works with the Fulbright’s Health Care and White Collar and Government investigations practice groups and has experience in cases involving the FCPA. Immediately prior to joining Fulbright, John was the Assistant Chief for Health Care Fraud for the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, where he supervised attorneys and specialized in investigating and prosecuting health care fraud matters nationwide.
