As we embark on a new decade, we face many new challenges along with most of the old stand-bys. Here at Health Ethics Trust, we’ve been working on ways to help you in your compliance work.

Web Site Upgrade

Recently we launched our new website, www.HealthEthicsTrust.com with the intention that it will become a better everyday resource for your compliance needs. This update isn’t just an aesthetic tweak to our old website; it is a ground-up redesign.


Featured enhancements include:

• Site-wide keyword search, so you can easily find that certification standard or membership application form,

• Secure and encrypted online store where you can enroll in programs, pay or renew your membership or purchase our compliance stuff and publications,

• Interactivity, comment or ask questions about any article or other content on the site, see when new items have been posted and view our most popular pages,

• Organization, intuitive drop-down menu navigation leading you directly to the information you were looking for,

• The Pastin Report has long served as a day-to-day compliance resource for working compliance professionals. We’ve made every issue available in either paper or electronic format in the store.

As we continue to make membership in Health Ethics Trust more valuable, we have improved the Members Only section of the new website as well:

• The Complete Pastin Report Library is now free to members. We have uploaded the content of every issue and made it free to view or print. You can also use the built-in search feature to find articles on specific topics!

• Best Practices Resources include sample policies, charters, forms, checklists and Mark Pastin’s On-the-Job Ethics Test.

• Select Best Practice Presentationsfrom the annual Best Compliance Practices Forum.

• Members Update, we know you get the emails, but you’ll be able to review all past updates in case you missed something.

When you go to the new web site, there is an area to sign up for an account. For members, this is how you gain access to the member's only portion of the site. For non-members, you will need to create an account if you purchase any items in our store....and maybe a few other perks throughout the year.
